Delivery & Returns

Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order. The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered.

Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 8pm; we are unable to confirm a time.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and CD Pack Superstore shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Shipping And Handling

For all in-stock items ordered before 1pm (UK Time) Monday to Friday we will normally ship the same day. Delivery time is dependent on the service you choose during checkout:


Royal Mail 2nd Class  2-5 working days
Royal Mail 1st Class  next day delivery (not guaranteed)
International: Delivery times vary - 5-14 days

Working days are classed as Monday to Friday, excluding UK Public/Bank Holidays.

Please note that in the event of an item going missing in the post it can take up to 15 working days before Royal Mail class an item as lost.  We will be unable to claim with Royal Mail until this time has passed.

If you receive a damaged item please inform us immediately.

Force Majeure

CD Pack Superstore shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Returns Policy Unwanted Items - Returns Policy

Your right to return goods purchased from us are protected under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return goods within 7 working days after the day of delivery for a full refund including the cost of Post & Packaging in us sending the order to you. Please note that you are entirely responsible for the postage cost in sending the items back to us - by ordering from us you accept this condition.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We aim to get every order right but, occasionally, we can make a mistake. If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item please call us on 07543 837078 (calls handled by Rotate)  to let us know as soon as you notice there is an error. We will immediately sort out the issue. All Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect items must be notified to us within 7 working days of you having the order delivered to you.

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.

Cancellation of Orders

You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by  phoning us on 07543 837078 (calls handled by Rotate)
