Delivery & Returns

Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order. The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered.

Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and CD Pack Superstore shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

In order for us to get your order to you as efficiently as possible it should be noted that we may substitute your chosen delivery method for another of equal or better quality or service at our absolute discretion.

Shipping And Handling

For all in-stock items ordered before 3pm (UK Time) Monday to Friday we will normally ship the same day. Delivery time is dependent on the service you choose during checkout:

Royal Mail Special Delivery (Ordered before 3pm, Mon - Thurs): Next Working Day, before 1pm
Royal Mail Special Delivery (Ordered before 3pm Friday): Monday, before 1pm
Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery (Ordered before 3pm Friday): Saturday, before 1pm
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery: 1 - 5 Working days
International: Delivery times vary
UPS Express: Next Working Day (Ordered before 3pm Monday - Friday)

Working days are classed as Monday to Friday, excluding UK Public/Bank Holidays.

Please note that in the event of an item going missing in the post it can take up to 15 working days before Royal Mail class an item as lost.

If you receive a damaged item please inform us immediately so that we can take the issue up on your behalf. If the item is obviously damaged upon delivery you should write this on the proof of delivery that you are asked to sign.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Please note that Royal Mail Recorded only insures items for a maximum of £45, Special Delivery offers cover for up to £500.

During the check-out process you may be given the opportunity to add delivery comments to your order. These will be printed on the label of your parcel to assist the delivery person in getting the item for you. Unfortunately they are for information only and we cannot guarantee that the delivery person will act upon them nor can we accept any liability if they are not acted on.

Force Majeure

CD Pack Superstore shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Returns Policy Unwanted Items - Returns Policy

Your right to return goods purchased from us are protected under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return goods within 7 working days after the day of delivery for a full refund including the cost of Post & Packaging in us sending the order to you. Please note that you are entirely responsible for the postage cost in sending the items back to us - by ordering from us you accept this condition.

All returns must be notified to us in writing via our helpdesk at http://www.cdpacksuperstore.co.uk/helpdesk so that we may issue you with a Returned Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Number. We cannot issue RMA Numbers by email or telephone. Please note the following relating to unwanted items:

1) All returns MUST have the RMA writen on the outside of the parcel.
2) ANY RETURNS RECEIVED WITHOUT AN RMA WILL NOT BE PROCESSED and may be returned to you (at your cost) or stored pending you contacting us.
3) Any goods returned MUST be in saleable condition
4) If an item shipped to you features a security security seal on the pack then this MUST be intact. If an item is returned with the seal damaged or tampered with then WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND YOU under the Unwanted Items return policy. The item will only be returned to you should you pay the appropriate return postage cost.

Your refund will be processed within 30 days of your order being cancelled. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. For details on this, please see below.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We aim to get every order right but, occasionally, we can make a mistake. If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item please call us on 0871 245 2029 or visit http://www.cdpacksuperstore.co.uk/helpdesk to let us know as soon as you notice there is an error. We will immediately send out a replacement item along with a pre-paid envelope for you to return the Faulty/Damaged or Incorrect item to us. All Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect items must be notified to us within 7 working days of you having the order delivered to you.

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.

Cancellation of Orders

You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the CD Pack Superstore website, or by phoning us on 08712452029.

All orders taken before 15:00 will be processed and sent for delivery by 17:00 the same day for in-stock items
